Island Inn Villas are recently constructed units (phase one
was completed in 1999 and phase two in 2003). These
one and two bedroom units boast hardwood floors, spacious
bathrooms with Jacuzzi tubs, kitchens, washing machines and
dryers, balconies and top of the line decor.

Villa 1
Villa 1 is a beach gem. It is a one
bedroom, one bath unit, with a private balcony that
overlooks the Island Inn Pool, the heart of the village, and
the Silver Lake Harbor. The decor in villa one is
"beach-chic", it is a popular favorite among guest. It
has a pullout couch (double) in the living room. So it
comfortably sleeps four people. |

Villas 2 and 3 Villas 2 and 3,
similar in decor to Villa 1, is a beach lover's paradise.
The private balcony that overlooks the Island Inn Pool also
has views of the heart of the village and harbor. This
two bedroom, two bath unit also has a pull out coach
(double) in the living room. So it comfortably sleeps
six. The colorful pastel decor in this villa lends to
a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, but does not take away
from the luxurious element. |

Villas 4
This decorated unit (which also comfortably
sleeps six people) is decorated with luxurious furniture and
colors. It has two balconies (as it is the end unit,
closest to the harbor) and boast some of the most
spectacular views on the island. |

Phase 2- Villas 5-12.
The second phase of villas construction in the modern
wing, completed in 2003, resulted in eight, two story units.
All have two balconies overlooking the pool. The
second story balconies also offer views of the village and
harbor. |

9 These grand, spacious units
are also two stories. They offer two bedrooms, two
private baths with Jacuzzi tubs, showers and two decks.
Their units also have pull-out couches (doubles) so the unit
can comfortably sleep up to six. |

Villas 5, 6,
7, 10, 11, 12 These beautiful,
full of light, one bedroom villas are individually decorated
in contemporary beach-chic furnishings. They
comfortably sleep four people (as the couch pulls out to a
double bed). Each of these two story units has a
living room, dining room and kitchen on the ground floor.
The second floor consists of the bedroom and spacious
private bath with Jacuzzi tub. The units have two
decks (one off of each floor) that run the length of the
building and overlook the pool. |
